[MR] Camping Groups for Sapphire Joust: Deadline May 1!

The deadline to submit a Group Camp Name is May 1.  But since I'm busy
over the weekend, I will probably accept any request I have waiting
for me Monday morning.  To submit a camping group, please send me an
email with the name of the group, the camp stewart's real name, sca
name, email and phone number and any special requests (like "same as
last yer" or "near our buddies").

Even if you pre-register through ACCEPS, you need to register your
tent space to us so that your group will have room for you and your
tent.   You also need to tell us about Merchant space and listfield
space in advance.  Please visit our new online tent registration form
to do all these things.  The form has full instructions, but you can
also email me if you have any questions.
