[MR] Crown Tournament - Schedule and Camping info

Good morning!

Only 2 days left before the site opens for Crown Tournament.  For those of you showing up on Friday, site will open at 5pm.  Please note that the cabins at Camp Cherokee do have windows with no shutters, and many have no blinds.  You may want to pack something to cover them.

Also, please remember that this is a dry site, and a tobacco-free facility.  Absolutely NO smoking indoors of any kind.  There will be a designated smoking area.  All pets must be leashed, follow state law and be on a least of no more than 6 feet at all times, and you must clean up after your own pet.  No ground fires.

Troll will open at 7am on Saturday morning.  The schedule for the rest of the day follows.  


8-8:30am - Scones/Coffee/Tea available in Main Hall
9:00am - A&S Setup (until 11am)
9:30am - Checkin for Procession
10am - Procession
11am - Tourney Starts / Consorts Tea begins / A&S judging starts
12pm - 
1pm - Tourney Ends? / Bardic Competition begins / Heraldic Consult begins
1:30pm - Tournament of Chivalry begins
2pm
3pm - A&S Judging ends
4pm - Bardic Competition ends
4:30pm - Setup for Court / Feast
5:30pm - Court
6:30pm - Feast
