[MR] Sapphire Joust Registration and Group Camping

Please come join us in Caer Mear as we celebrate Sapphire Joust XI and 
Baronial Investiture this Memorial Day weekend!  This message brought to 
you by your friendly Sapphire Joust reservationist.

For full instructions on reservations, including mail in forms, please

You may register by mail or by using ACCEPS at 
http://acceps.ansteorra.org/atlantia.html .

If you use ACCEPS, please retain your email confirmation and receipt and 
bring a copy with you to check in, along with your membership card.

Please also remember that if you register using ACCEPS and do not take 
the additional step to reserve a space camping with a group, you will be 
placed into singles camping. The DEADLINE to reserve space with a 
camping group is May 20, 2010. To make camping in a group easier for 
ACCEPS users, we have created an online tent form for you to use:

This page is also available from the main Sapphire Joust web page.  If 
you furnish an email when you submit your online tent reservation, I 
will send you a confirmation after I have verified your pre-registration 
and recorded your tent information.

To set up a camping group, the person responsible should email me at 
alSiqilliyah at gmail.com with the group name, their modern and SCA name 
and their prefered contact email address or phone number.  I will pass 
this on to our web minister and in a few days, your group name will 
appear as a drop down option on the online tent form! The deadline for 
setting up a Camping Group is May 1st!

To reserve list field space, just use the online tent form and chose the 
camping group "List Field".

To use this form for Merchant space reservation, just chose the camping 
group "MERCHANT", and use the space "Special Request or Additional 
Information" to describe your business and leave notes about placement 
or special needs.
