On the tenth day of April, A.S. XLIV, being the year 2010 by the common
reckoning; Their Atlantian Majesties, Tsar Vladimir Ivanovich Aleksandrov and
Tsaritsa Kalisa Aleksandrovna, gathered with Their subjects a final time by
the waters of Raven's Cove at the Coronation of Jason & Gerhild. In Their
last Court, the following business was conducted:

- Their Majesties invited the children of Atlantia to come forward and
partake in Their largesse. The mugging of Their Rapier Champion, Lord Connor
Levingestoune was purely coincidental.

- Their Majesties confirmed that Their Cantons of Abhainn Iarthair and
Brockore Abbey are no longer incipient.

- Herrin Elisabeth Hänsler was inducted into Her Majesty's Order of the
Undine. Her scroll was crafted by Lady Ismey the Nimble.

- Both Mark McGroyne and Mistress Elspet Byndelase were unable to attend,
but were also inducted into Her Majesty's Order of the Undine. Their
scrolls were crafted by Casey of Black Diamond and Merwenna de Rannowe and remain
in the former Clerk Signet's safe keeping until such time as they can be
delivered.

- Her Excellency, Baroness Ella de Lille was inducted into Her Majesty's
Order of the Undine. Her stained glass scroll was crafted by Lady Annoka the
Huntress.

- Her Grace, Duchess Kyneburh Boithuile was unable to attend, but Their
Majesties granted her Supporters.

- Their Majesties spoke profound words of love, respect, and gratitude for
and to the people of Atlantia.

- Sir Morvran Corbet de la Flamme was inducted into Her Majesty's Order of
the Undine. His scroll (crafted by Casey of Black Diamond) was accepted
by Mistress Thjora Arnketilsdóttir on Sir Corby's behalf.

- Lord Connor Levingestoune was released from Their Majesties' service and
inducted into Her Majesty's Order of the Undine. His scroll was crafted by
Merwenna de Rannowe.

- Master Áedán Aylwyn was released from Their Majesties' service and given
a (unique in this reign) King's Award of Excellence. The one-of-a-kind
medallion was specially crafted for this purpose by Master Vortigern Faber,
who then destroyed the mold. The stunning, silverwork scroll was crafted by
Lady Annoka the Huntress.

- Their Majesties then placed the Royal regalia under the protection of
Lord Pagan Grendel to await the Coronation of Jason and Gerhild II.

- Vladimir Ivanovich Aleksandrov and Kalisa Aleksandrovna then withdrew to
the cheers of all assembled.

As witnessed and set by my hand,
