Hail and Well Met,

 I am sending this out with regards to a demo at Hagerstown Community
College it is being hosted by The Students for Creative Anachronisms, on
Wednesday April 14th from 10am-3pm. I am in need of help. I am looking for
Fighters, Fencers, Artisans, Dancers, and or anyone who just wants to lend a
hand. We will have food and water for all participants helping out.  I know
it is a weekday and most gentles are at work. If you are able to come please
email me at scapup at yahoo.com or call me at 908-910-4031 if I am not
available please leave a message with name and number and time I can call
you back. The site has a plenty of room for everything. The building that we
will be using for gentler activities has great acoustics for musical
instruments. We are hoping for a large turn out from the student population
and the faculty. We had close to 320 students and faculty at the last demo
we did and that was with very limited advertisement. This time we are trying
to get close to 700+, we are doing a ton of advertising. We are contacting
the local media to come out and be part of it as well.  I hope we can do as
well as we did the last demo. Thank you in advance for your help.
