here is the recipe for Apples with spices & Honey:
apples
ground cinnamon
ground allspice
ground ginger
honey
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
peel & core apples, then slice (8 slices per apple).
sprinkle with spices, drizzle with honey, & then bake for 30 to 45 minutes. 
& enjoy!
(p.s. i like them with vanilla ice-cream!)
