Well, I know you can get variously sized "buckets" at Bet Mar here in Columbia. They sell them as primary fermenters for brewing purposes. Five gallon and one gallon. I have a collection of them, they are not expensive and they come with lids. 

 

Is that the sort of thing you are looking for?
