People should forward a copy of their Confirmation email from ACCEPS to
wowresinfo at gmail.com the address set up specifically for this use. They
should also Put only the Camp name and membership numbers of adults and
youth IN THAT RESERVATION. Do NOT send tent sizes, all pre-reserved people
will be allocated 300 SQ FT for camping.
 If anyone is looking for list field space, it is at a premium due to the
nature of some of the battles happening at WoW this year. Persons wishing to
procure space need to contact Lady Caterine St  Loe at
mweymark at carolina.rr.com with WOW List Space as a subject line.

Please, if you have questions regarding land at WOW, send me an email.
The long and short of it, talk to your groups land agent before making
reservations, and land agents please contact both wowresinfo at gmail.com and
my email with your contact info (
phone email and camp ). I will be sending out an email to land agents very
soon.
