perhaps you can give some examples of this gut feeling?  when you were asked
to judge the actions of fighters and proclaim one as more courteous than the
rest what did you see that made you feel that way?

I've been thinking hard about this.  I actually don't have a checklist since
I go with my gut feelings about what is the most courteous.  I'm thinking
there shouldn't be a checklist on this.  Let others teach you how to be more
courteous than yourself.  If you win great.  If you don't you learned
something new.  Not winning is not the end of the world.  Courtesy was still
encouraged and that is the most important point.
