   When I posted that question last night, my idea was to get a
general idea as to what kind of armor was available to a young college
student  after authorization within a given budget. My question was
answered by many people privately rather than in the list.  My thanks
goers out to those who have  helped me in this question.  My request
is that unless something Earth shattering is revealed, we can as a
Kingdom move on to the next question  that may help us a Kingdom.
