[MR] learning on borrowed armor

Highland Foorde does not have any 'official' loaner armor.  However,
many of our members happen to have their 'seconds kit', stuff they
upgraded from but keep around 'just in case something breaks'.  Or are
willing to step out of armor and let someone else wear it.

The tradition here, is that once you've come back for your second
practice, and are talking about coming to a 3rd, we are guiding you
towards armor purchase/creation.
