[MR] The Cost to armor a New fighter?

I see to have noticed an.. incongruity, when I think "Armor" I think
that which will (or is supposed to) protect the fighter, when I think
"Arm" I think of the weapons they will need.  To me, I think the
discussion should really be "The Cost To FIELD A New Fighter" as that
would combine both Arms and Armor, which really seems to be what is
being discussed.  Or (not the colour) do I have the means not totally
accurate?
