[MR] The Cost to armor a New fighter?

what on the list below can be dropped for say a combat archer?, and
what "special" armor would a woman have to have? I know it's some
sort of breast protection (1 peice not seperate cups) but have no idea
from reading the manual what that might be called or where to get it
(and a google of breast plate didn't help).
