Well put, Ursus!

I just want to add that the reason I make my photos difficult to download in
full-size form is that while I'm happy to share with the subject of the
photo (and proud to see my pics on their webpages), I don't want unethical
characters trying to sell my photos as their own. If someone in the photo
wants it, I'm happier if they contact me to ask.

Also, I use Smugmug, which charges about $.20 per 4"x6" photo. If anyone has
ever bought my photos from there, I don't know about it. I don't do
photography for profit; I do it to share memories of the fun we had at
events. Smugmug charges me the same rate to get prints of my own photos.
