I don't think anyone has an issue with anyone taking pictures - people just 
don't want the pictures then sold without their permission.

If someone asks me to remove their picture (or video) online, I honor their 
wish.

It is unrealistic to get permission forms from everyone in a picture. Does 
everyone in the SCA really want to make taking pictures at events 
impossible?
