Sadly, this took place in Baltimore, Maryland where you must prove you had
no means of escape from the building and were "In fear for your life". If
they can prove the "suspect" was on PC or similar illegal substances the
kid wielding the sword may have a chance.  I suspect this one will either
be dropped quickly like a hot potato or dragged into the Slimelight and
beaten byond recognition by the press. We shall see.
