killing a man with your hands takes a lot more intent than simply shooting him.  the former is terribly difficult to do while the later takes only a split second reaction (fear, grab gun, point, pull trigger, bullet does the work).  convincing a jury is the key to keeping you out of trouble.  that one senator should get his head kicked in during a home invasion, that might make him wise up and allow people to defend themselves without fear in my opinion.

anyway, how about those sexy basket hilts and lamellar plates i saw on that website yesterday!!!
