Not really good, because of one senator the bill did not get voted on in the senate, so you don't have the protection from the criminal or their family suing if you use your bow, or they get hurt while robbing you.

Good cause I don't own a gun, but I practice with a bow in my basement
a lot. So if a burgler breaks in, he would probably get an arrow
somewhere. I'm probably not going to hit him over the head with my
bow. It is quite expensive.
