[MR] WoW Heraldic Procession

I've received several questions about the Heraldic Procession and Declaration of Alligience so I'm going to answer on the larger lists in hopes of getting everyone who needs to know.

The way we've done the Procession from the beginning is this ...



Sacred Stone and her cantons will process and make their plea to the Crown for the return of their Songbird who's wandered into Black Diamond Territory and offenses must be settled on this field of honor. They will move to one side of the battlefield. 



Black Diamond will then process and make their plea that the lady stays of her own free will and offenses must be settled on this field of honor. They will move to the other side of the battlefield.



Then come the baronies and shires and other branches beginning with the eldest and proceeding down the kingdom order of creation of each group. Each will have a herald (which they bring) announce them onto the field and will look as spiff as humanly possible and have whatever schtick and heraldic gloriousness such as they've been able to create. They will approach Their Majesties and declare BRIEFLY which barony they will support. They will then move to the physical side of the barony they support.

Following the branches come other groups who wish to process and declare (households, guilds ... ships ... can't think of others...

loose joinings of unaffiliated chiv and artisans) according to the personal precedence of the heads of their groups ... as nearly as this can be acertained on the field that day. They would greatly help the process if they come knowing their Order of Precedence number. 

Disputes of precedence will be settled by the Event Steward ... who walks softly and carries a very big stick.

These groups will follow the same pattern ... process onto the field with a herald leading them, approach Their Majesties and declare whom they support and move to stand with their chosen allies.

The final group will be the Atlantian Cavalry and Friends from other kingdoms on horse.
