[MR] Siege Ballista Production Run

Greetings unto the lists,

At Pennsic this year I had several people ask me about building ballistas
for them (or helping them to build their own), with several more since
then.  SO, to meet this desire to support the Atlantian Army with artillery
fire I'll be making one production run of as many ballistas as are ordered.
If you are interested in ordering a ballista please contact me as soon as
possible, I'm hoping to start production in early October, at which point
ordering will be cut off.  Intended Delivery around Holiday Faire, and I'll
deliver to any event or practice I attend free of charge.

The base price is $350.  This will be a fully assembled, including
everything you need to field it (except ammo).  But the final paint job will
be upto your artistic desires.
