Unto Their Majesties Vladimir and Kalisa, the Triton Principal Herald,
the Atlantian College of Heralds, the populace of Atlantia, and all who
read these presents:

Greetings from Cian mac Ceallacháin Uí Dubhlaich, cornet herald, on this
14th day of October, A.S. 44

On the 10th of October, Anno Societatatis XLIV at the War of The Wings
IV event held at Elchenburg Castle in the Barony of Sacred Stone, Their
Majesties did hold 2 field courts during the day.

In mid-afternoon, Their Majesties did make their way unto the field of
archery, there to greet and observe Atlantia's Archers in action. After
some discussion of the current war progress and some slight
consternation on His Majesties' part over the holes in the target head
that were meant to be a representation of the current Tsar of Atlantia,
Their Majesties did open a field court and have Lord Tim Arrowfinder
summoned into the Royal Presence. A brief commentary on Lord Tim’s
prowess as both an archer and as a finder of arrows, accompanied by an
overwhelming show of hands of all archers present whose arrows had been
recovered by Lord Arrowfinder, was immediately followed by the induction
of Lord Tim Arrowfinder into the Order of the King's Missiliers.
Following the vivats and some closing words by His Majesty, this field
court was closed.

A little while later, Their Majesties did cross the field of battle to
where the rapier fighters were exhibiting their formidable skills. As
Their Majesties approach was noticed, the fighters disengaged and made
their reverences to the Tsar and Tsaritsa, including one exuberant
warrior who discovered a slippery patch of grass by rapidly, suddenly,
and rather unexpectedly laying his body down over the area directly in
front of His Majesties’ path, protecting Tsar Vladimir from encountering
the aforementioned extremely slippery area. After a few moments of
greetings and appreciation of the rapier fighters and their mastery of
their art, Their Majesties did open a field court and call Lady Ysane de
la Selle before Them. Their Majesties proceeded to speak to Lady Ysane
about her prowess as a rapier fighter, and in recognition of her
abilities in service to the Kingdom of Atlantia, Lady Ysane de la Selle
was inducted into the Order of the Sea Stag. Following the vivats and
some closing words by His Majesty, this field court was closed.

Respectfully witnessed and submitted by my hand,

In service to Crown and Kingdom.
Cian mac Ceallacháin Uí Dubhlaich
