[MR] Trimming posts

Once again, I'd like to kindly ask that people trim the posts to which
they are responding. I'm getting digests with 2-3 messages in them,
because each message is followed by a string of 5-6 messages in the
thread. Yes, I know about email clients that group by topic, but a) it
doesn't always thread similar conversations and b) it still results in
many more emails than I care to wade through in a day.
