Dose control is a very important point which isn't mentioned often. Going the herbal remedy route is best if you can read suggested books mentioned in previous messages and some online links to get a summary of opinions about dose control.
I think the whole Tylenol thing is helping to remind us about the seriousness of dose control. Way too many people think they're too tough to follow prescribed amounts etc.
I don't know if this was mentioned but the MOAS site has A&S links that include herbal links which might be useful. Surfing for a variety of links and and forming opinions about dosage etc after reading at least 3 opinions (preferably 5 if I have the time) is my approach for starting anything new.
