[MR] Herbal Ignorance

MY personal feeling are that we fill our bodies with *modern* medicines always trying to complicate things in doing so.Look how many of our *modern* medicines fall or contain herbal or western ingredients.One reason I do herbal remedies myself is that I swallow enough *safe* sprays and such that are on my fruits,veggies and induced into my general food supply.Why add more in my meds?Even though I do I in no way push my beliefs on others and again as have said in previous posts advises that you check with your doctor before any medical plan ..herbal same as modern.
