Great post! I have to point out too that Chinese herb medicine has
been around for centuries. While they may look or smell suspicious, if
you get them from a reputable Chinese doctor, you will get the right
medicine for what is ailing you. Often times it is just as effective
or more so as western medicine. These types of medicines work to
strengthen your body, either the immune system or to improve your
blood circulation or production. Make sure you tell the doctor about
any allegies or other drugs you are taking too.

Old folk remedies work because they have been time tested. If they
didn't work, people would not keep remembering them.
