>From what I understand there is no effort to "repair" the tower that
blew-up and litterally broke the tower in two with half (still intact
to this day mind you) in the moat.  you can't go up there, but every
year they use fire works to "recreate" the explosion and fire at that
castle, during a national event called the "Rhein Aflame" (at least
that is what the troust traps called it) it runs for several weeks
during the summer where they set off fire works along the Rhein (what
a shocker!) and most if they don't do just hieldburg, take a boat or
boat tour and and follow the fireworks down river, where I think it
ends at heidelburg, (yes I know I crappy speelr and me grammer aint's
so good neither).
