[MR] household ceremonies?

Greetings!
I wondered if any of you happen to have a ceremony
written down somewhere for inducting new members into your households?
I would like to draft something for my own household but I don't really
have anything to go on. I am hoping that some of you might be willing
to share what you have that I might draw from it.
