[MR] minor waivers

I recently had a couple extra kids while their parents were in France and discovered thanks to my super helpful Seneshal, Mistress Bec, that these are available on the Atlantian Seneshal's page: http://seneschal.atlantia.sca.org/Waivers/
The other perk was that the medical authorization is not worded specifically for the SCA so I felt it was general enough for me to use when seeking any medical care as needed and an authorization for such along with insurance info is a good idea anytime you are taking care of someone else's kids.  I also noted to the parents that they could get it notarized through a far future date in case they wanted to attend anything with us again and that was a good idea since the girls had such a great time dancing at fighter practice and attending the Furnacetown demo that they gushed to their parents about the "awesome" "extreme dress-up" that my daughter and I do on weekends. :)  Thanks to all of you who made this such a wonderful weekend for my daughter's friends, we really do have a special society and there is magic in singing and weaving tales around a campfire...
