[MR] Heavy Fighting scenarios

oh i know, thats why i said 7 battles to the last man (no res) or 9 lasting
only until a baron is bested (again, no res). given the numbers on each
side these would take less than any 1 hour res battle. one advantage to a
res battle is that it allows for tactical changes during the course of the
battle which i think is good practice for our up and coming leaders.

I'm not sure that more battles is the answer due to time constants. The
thing to remember about War of the Wings is that the Procession is a major
part of Saturday morning so planning on it for 10:00AM and probably starting

somewhat late and running a little long....you can't really start fighting
until probably 11:30AM atthe earliest. Sunset is about 6:45PM according to
the online weather info. Add to that the need for probably a long Royal
court preferably mostly in the daylight..that means that fighting needs to
be finished about 5:30PM, preferabaly about 5:00PM
That gives you roughly 4 and a half to 5 hours for fighting. If you run a
lot of differant battles you will lose fighting time due to repeated side
setup. That was why we chose to really only have 3 Resurection
scenarios....so there would be less time lost between battles, but give
everybody a lot offighting. Granted the Fort Scenario, while fun, did not
take anywhere near as long as we hoped. The other 2 scenarios pretty much
did.
