See what happens when I go to work? All heck opens up on the lists.? =o)

First, I truly appreciate the feedback from you folks. This event is a labor of love, truly. It has been from the beginning. Have there been missteps? Sure. I'm sorry for them but we avoid them by knowing about the issues that can be improved and understanding view points other then our own. Thank you for sharing that information.

Bryce, I'm incredibly sorry to hear your report of what you've heard over the years. The addition of the points was an attempt to give wider opportunity for Sacred Stone not to win. It's just a bit left of embarrassing to be the host and always be the winner. I added the non-martial points last year to give the larger audience to participate and to tip the balance. To give more weight to non-martial activities.

I didn't anticipate that it would be seen as trying to ensure we'd win again ... And here's where other peoples' perspectives come in handy. Ah well, intentions and all that.

My apologies to any who have felt slighted, it was unintentional. 

I promise you the staff of this event had one goal ... to make an event that was enjoyable for the most people possible.

Help us do that again by sending your feedback to Lady Muiranne. Also, we've had several people from not-Sacred Stone ask about serving on staff next year. Please accept this as my invitation to any and all to offer your help to Muiranne. There are quite a few positions that can be reasonably filled by folks who don't live in this region ... just ask Lady Rose from Windmasters and Lady Elena from Isenfir ...
