[MR] WoW IV Points and Thanks

Your grace, I must respectfully disagree with you about removing the war points for non-martial activities. Most wars, including Pennsic, give points for other things. And not only locals voted for Sacred Stone. I know that my friends and I all were supporting Sacred Stone, though we live very close to Black Diamond in Virginia. And it certainly helps make those of us who are non-fighters feel like more a part of the event.
