[MR] Interesting castle picture

It's great that they've replaced the cement based mortar with the  
lime.  Like the article says, it gives the structure a chance to  
breathe.  So many historic buildings masonry parts are basically  
crumbling due to the harder cement retouching that has been done to  
them over the years.  I wish they would have gone into more detail  
about exactly what makes the coating pink, though.  Is it the sand  
mixed with the lime that gives it that color, or the underlying  
brick?  I know, I'm such a geek about these things.
