claims this set of armor is 20 years old and of unknown origin:

     "I'm afraid I don't have alot of info. It showed up here about 20
years ago, when our daughter was in high shcool. One
      of her friends brought it over and it never left. As for a
maker...is there some place I can look or some kind of a symbal
      that might help   determine to maker? I know it is heavy, brace,
nicely engraved and the tail is real. The leg and knee and
      arm armor is also heavy. I was told it was in great shape and
beautifully made. The helmet should fetch $500 alone, but
      I just want it gone. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful. Marilyn"

... me no think so. I've copied this to the An Tir fighters list as
well but I know this stuff has a way of traveling SO if you're missing
some armor or know who might be, here you go. I made a secured PDF
scrape of the ebay listing page encase they get the hibijibis and pull
it so if you need that just let me know (so there is some proof of an
eBay listing with a particular user name to track down).
