Please pass this information on to all who would find it helpful.








Folks, War of the Wings Land Allotment
has begun.  This means the requests for land assignments must close
and pre-registrations must stop. It also means we need to call an end
to increasing groups' sizes for folks who haven't forwarded the
confirmation e-mails from ACCEPS. 








The Reservationist and Land Steward are still receiving
confirmation e-mails and late requests for space which makes the land
assignments a constantly moving target … impossible to finalize. We
must close land so it can be assigned even though we realize this
will cause inconvenience for some of you.







Pre-registration ended on Oct. 1.
Baroness Arnora will accept those checks arriving with post marks
before that date but all others will be asked to pay the after-deadline gate fee of $15.







The deadline for the pre-registrations
was Thursday Oct 1 and was posted in all the listings and
notifications. I sent several e-mails reminding folks to pre-reg and
to forward the confirmation e-mails. Baroness Arnora has continued to
accept the forwards because we do realize this is new for you as well
as for us but there comes a time when we simply have to stop so we
can actually DO the land assignments. We've reached that point with
only four days to go till the gate opens.







We are learning as we go with the land
assignments. We're trying to find
the20best way to do this and we've tried to be as flexible as we
could. I hope we have managed to accommodate most of you.
