[MR] A&S promotion idea

Here in Cyddlain (several months ago), Baroness Delia came up with a wonderful idea called "Try It Day". All the local artisans, fighters, archers, and heralds (we couldn't do Equestrian... too small a place) got together and did our arts, said something about it and let other folk try it out. Many came out who weren't in the SCA, yet; and several came out who just didn't get out to events too often. There were even folks from Hidden Mountain and Sacred Stone out to see. Everyone had fun and several came out of it with a few new "hobbies".
Everything in the SCA is an art or a science.. even the martial sports.

I'm confused.. how many events do we have in Atlantia that don't have some
sort of A&S activity? In Atlantia, I think it's very rare that we don't
have an event with A&S these days (I can possibly think of one that doesn't
really have A&S... am I missing others)?
Now, what would be nice would be to have lots of advance notice for what the
A&S will be so we can work on projects and have them ready in time (some
projects and ideas can take a while to get from palnning to finished).
