[MR] Twelfth Night reservations at Crown

For those of you who would like to make your Twelfth Night reservations at
Crown Tourney, rather than dropping them in the mail, arrangements have been
made.  Countess Kari Kyst will be taking reservation at Crown but ONLY when
Count Sinclair is NOT on the field.
