[MR] ISO whomever maintains the online recommendation page

Greetings,

I've tried emailing the addresses on the website but have had no
response in 2 weeks, so I'm assuming they're not current addresses.

When I request my password, what I am sent won't work, and when I
request my username, the site sends me something other than what I
registered, which, when entered, apparently does not exist in the
system.

Help, please!
