While unforunately it is very late in the game for Sapphire Joust (though directly related to it), consider this a gentle reminder that groups need reservations for large (and small!) events to help them plan for ameinities like porta johns, trash service, camp layouts etc. etc. 

While the economy i'm sure is a factor, budgeting your site fees in advance takes the stress off of you and the event staff. Please consider the courtesy in the future of sending in reservations. 

And yes, you can still and are in fact very much encouraged to send in reservations for Sapphire Joust. If you know you are coming, please take the time to drop a check in the mail.
