There are some Elizabethan portraits of upper class pregnant women wearing
regular clothing, but with the bottom of the bodice unlaced.

Subject: [MR] Shoppes for Lady's Attire
> Greetings good people of Atlantia,
> I am but a humble traveler to your kingdom. I seek proper attire for a fair,
young lady bearing a child. I seek shoppes within the kingdom in the vicinity
of the Canton of Azurmont though I am willing to travel to other Baronies
should it be of necessity. Also, if any ladies could provide their counsel
with regards to the proper attire for a pregnant lady, I would be most
grateful as she is unable to accompany me on this venture.
