[MR] two quick notes

first, dont forget that letter of intent are due to us and the kingdom
seneschal no later than april 20th.  we will accept electronic submissions.

 

second, i will be cooking the childrens feast at our coronation.  the feast
will be served at 6:oo (adult feast starts at 7:00) and the children will be
attended after feast with activities under supervision.  the feast will be
simple, yet fun kids foods, and will include hot dogs, tater tots, grilled
cheese sandwiches (yes your grace ragnarr, you can sneak into the kitchen
and i will feed you a couple!), and some kind of beverage.  her highness
wont let me give them the chocolate covered espresso beans and red bull for
dessert.  any complaint letters about that can be directed to her.  8(  this
feast is provided free of charge but will be by reservation ONLY.  so please
get your reservations in as soon as possible.

 

our plan is to have both heavy and rapier splitting the field with a toc
style format for both for the first half of the day.  we will have a one
hour intermission that will showcase a very cool archery display followed by
some youth combat melees in the center of the field for all to enjoy.
afterwards we will resume activities on the two fields with melees.  target
archery will have its own range near the field and all of the merchants will
be on the field as well.  our intent is to keep things close together so
that everyone can get their fill of everything being offered.  artisans will
be close by with displays and hopefully some demonstrations of their works
as well.  we have designed the field set up to make it as easy to load and
unload as possible with a 20' path behind them to facilitate that.  please
get your reservations for field space as soon as you can.  we ask that all
tentage on the field be of a period nature and that all modern items be
covered and out of sight.
