Greetings Tibbie!
I'm the autocrat for Sapphire and I figure since you're asking perhaps
others may have the same questions, so I decided to answer publicly.
The site is actually a private park, run by an organization; it is not
open to the public year around. They only hold scheduled events.
There are VERY few working indoor toilets but we will have 14 porta
johns (2 of which are handicapped). The camping area doesn't flood
easily, but should there be a downpour some areas will flood. We do
our best to try to use that area LAST when planning campsites and we
have a "flood plan" should that happen.
There is some natural shade in the camping area; but we can't
guarantee everyone will get the shady spots. We will do our best to
accommodate everyone as best we can given the number of people on site
and where we can fit them.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to email me at
ladyrhi at gmail dot com.
