[MR] Sapphire Joust site questions

Hello, my name is Tibbie Croser of the Barony of Storvik. I hope to attend Sapphire Joust for the first time. I'm curious about the camping sites. Since the site is a public park, are there indoor toilets? How well drained are the campsites---do they flood easily? Is there natural shade at the campsites?
