[MR] Map of the Knowne World

There used to be a set of maps of the known world, but I couldn't find them
this time. I last saw them some months ago, before the SCA.org site was
reorganized (but I don't think they were actually on that site; rather they
were on an unofficial site). However, I don't have a full set of my old
bookmarks on this computer. I did find maps of some, but not all, the
kingdoms.
