[MR] Herald needed at Gulf Wars

On Thursday, at 3:30pm (Maybe 4pm?), there will be held a Grand
Exhibition Tournament of Archery at the Fort ...

Because the current Kingdom Target Archery Champion (Baron Jonathas)
will not be in attendance, their Majesties have chosen me to serve as
their champion.

Part of this tourney, is that each competitor is supposed to bring with
them, a Herald to introduce them.

Specifically:
> Heraldry:
> There will be a Special Award given to the herald who presents the Most
> Entertaining Heraldic Introduction to the crowd.  Each of the contestants is
> encouraged to have a Herald announce their name and any other humorous
> tidbits with which to entertain the populace (must keep it short though).

I therefore would like to acquire the services of a Herald for that
timeframe if at all possible.
