[MR] question about altantias land at pennsic

Well,
we could always create a traffic delay on the interstate to timely coordinate with an activity that requires a lower  ambiant noise level.  Perhaps a strategically overturned vardo  in the middle of the highway...do you think anyone would suspect the SCA?

I'm guessing the major issue is the noise outside the location, not the
actual location. Is there the possibility of building some sor t of baffle
or portable wall behind and on the sides of the area to minimize the
external noise.  Short of shutting down I-79, I can't see a way to reduce
the actual noise itself.  Just wondering....
