[MR] question about altantias land at pennsic

I lived in Atlantia Royal for 2 Pennsics - 2006 and 2007. It is a lovely
site and enjoyable place to camp. I was never bothered by the road noise and
traffic. My family (2 kids) had the corner closest to the road and we all
slept fine. I was more bothered by the drums and loud parties than the
traffic noise. I have attended bardic and smaller courts held in Atlantia
Royal with no issues. The only times I couldn't hear were when folks around
me were laughing and talking too loud. It seemed to me that if you focused
on the traffic it was an issue. If you chose not too, it was just part of
the hum of Pennsic.

This just my opinion on the noise question.
