[MR] question about altantias land at pennsic

Your Majesty,
It occurs to me that if Atlantian Royal were to move and only have
the land afforded it by those that register to camp there that there
would like not be a large common area in the middle, certainly not
enough space to hold Court or have any of the other larger activities
that You have mentioned. I know that the one year that we had 7
children in Highland Foorde camp (which gave some free space as we
tend to put all our tents around the perimeter of camp) we still only
had enough common space for a common tent and a camp fire. We managed
to squeeze roughly 15 -20 people (including Their Excellencies) under
that common tent for Baronial Court, but it was a tight fit.
Camps who have campers that use small tents tend to get a bit more
common space - those with pavilions have a bit tighter of a time with
it. I know that the pavilion that my husband and I use uses up most of
the square footage allotted to the two of us, and I also know that
almost all of the tents in Atlantian Royal are period pavilions. That
means that if the hypothetical new Royal encampment only has the land
afforded it by those that register to camp there, space is going to be
tight.
Has anyone had opportunity to look into using the large Royal pavilion
on the battlefield for some of these activities? I'm only throwing
that out there as a thought - I don't know what the rules are for
using that space "after hours" when fighting isn't happening (since
there's not enough light to see your opponent safely). If that space
could be utilized for such activities "after hours" it would eliminate
the need to move Atlantian Royal. Unfortunately the Interstate is a
problem, and always will be for anyone who gets planted over on the
eastern end of the Serengheti. Is there any chance of even just moving
Atlantian Royal to the western end of the same block, or does the
Accord specify "the Eastern end of block <N-#>?
