just a quick note for merchants.  esa and i have laid the field out so that
the merchant area will be on the field just behind our pavilion.  this puts
you close to the road for packing and unpacking (you will be able to drive
on the field to your pre-assigned spot for loading and unloading as well as
having you set up right in the middle of the days activities.

we also have the field set up so that people can drive right up to where
their pre-assigned space is for their pavilion to ease in loading and
unloading (there will be restrictions on the times in which you may drive on
the field of course) so please get your tent dimensions sent to our field
coordinator as soon as you can so that we can get everything laid out in a
logical fashion.
