Greetings All,

    Below is the schedule for Kingdom Arts & Sciences this coming
Saturday, March 7th.  More details can be found on the event website
www.kasf2009.com


Schedule of events





9:00 - Check-in opens.  Sign-up for competitions, displays, judging and
activities begins.

10:00 - All activities open - specific class times noted below.

11:00 - Fistful of Fabliaux begins, Blizzard Hall

11:00 AM to 1:00 PM - Lunch - Burns Hall

1:00 - Court Cuisine of Ottoman Turkey class, Alesia Hall

1:00 -Basics of Shoe & Pouch Making, Medford Hall

3:00 - Courtly Courtesy class, Medford Hall, Children's Activities

4:00 - Judging closes, Check-in closes

5:00 - 7:00 - Dinner

6:30 - Court, Medford Hall

8:00 - Begin break-down of all activities

9:00 - Event closes



Please note that the Classes /Workshops on Italian Rapier and Historical
Martial Arts will run throughout the day.  You will find these sessions on
the lawn in front of Medford and Blizzard halls.



The Heraldic Consult table can be found near the entrance of Alesia hall,
behind the Check-in table.



Any lost items should be handed in at the Lost and Found table.  If you
find you're missing something, do check there first. Lost and Found is
behind Check-in.



Beverages - coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and Sekunjabin (all non-alcoholic)
will be available in Burns Hall at no charge.
