The following institutions are established for all kingdoms in the
Society. A Patent of Arms may be conferred only upon a person being
admitted into one of these orders. [Following sections summarized]
a. The Chivalry (Knighthood and Mastery of Arms)
b. The Order of the Laurel
c. The Order of the Pelican
d. Royal Peerages (may convey Patents of Arms if kingdom law so provides)
e. The Order of the Rose (may convey Patents of Arms if kingdom law so
   provides)
